How does Aiden know what to say to my customers?
Aiden has access to your invoicing system so knows how much each customer owes and when those amounts fall due. Aiden also remembers the prior emails exchanged with each customer

Can I ensure Aiden will not to say the wrong thing to a customer?
You determine what level of autonomy Aiden has. You can configure Aiden to only create email drafts for your review and approval before they are sent to customers, or you can allow Aiden to send emails automatically on your behalf if you prefer
Can I trust Aiden to be accurate?
Aiden is built to only cite information from your invoicing system or prior emails exchanged with a customer. It does not invent up invoices, dates or amounts
How do I know what Aiden is doing?
