How does Aiden know what to say to my customers?
Aiden connects to your invoicing system to understand each customer's outstanding balance, invoice dates, and payment history. It also reads prior email threads to understand the conversation context and match your communication style. Based on how overdue invoices are and how many reminders have been sent, Aiden automatically adjusts its tone from a friendly first reminder to more urgent follow-ups.
Will Aiden annoy my customers with too many emails?
Aiden has built-in protections against contact fatigue. Aiden also never contacts customers who have an active dispute or a valid payment arrangement in place.
What happens if a customer replies with a dispute or complaint?
Aiden recognizes when situations require human judgment. If a customer disputes an invoice, expresses frustration, mentions legal action, or requests a payment plan, Aiden flags the email for your review rather than responding automatically. You stay in control of sensitive conversations.
Can I ensure Aiden won't say the wrong thing to a customer?
You control how much autonomy Aiden has. You can configure Aiden to create email drafts for your review before sending, or allow fully automatic sending. Additionally, Aiden automatically escalates sensitive situations to you - like disputes, payment arrangement requests, or emotional responses - rather than attempting to handle them on its own.
Can I trust Aiden to be accurate?
Aiden only cites information from your invoicing system or prior emails with a customer. It never invents invoice numbers, dates, or amounts. Every email references real data from your connected systems.
How do I know what Aiden is doing?
All of Aiden's correspondence appears in your email system - you'll see every sent email in your Gmail sent folder. The Aiden UI also has an Activity Feed that shows a complete history of decisions and emails drafts. You can see exactly why Aiden decided to contact someone, what it wrote, and when.
How does Aiden handle incoming emails?
When customers reply to Aiden's emails, the AI evaluates whether it can helpfully respond. For straightforward questions - like balance inquiries, invoice copies, or payment instructions - Aiden can draft or send a response. For anything requiring judgment or negotiation, the email is flagged for your attention.
